At the time, spending every weekend and evening remodeling seemed to be a horrible thing but now I realize it taught me the true fundamentals of construction."

Helmandollar's Remodeling & Contracting is owned and operated by Shad Helmandollar his wife, and his family. Shad and his wonderful wife Gabrielle have three children, Kaleigh (24), Garrett (19), and Kolten (19). Shad has been around construction his entire life. Ever since he could walk, he has been helping his father with remodeling and construction work. And they are doing the same with their own children.

We pride ourselves in making your project our priority. A family member is always on site regardless of what is happening. We proudly can say, we perform or oversee most of the work on your project in-house.

Shad has been the contractor on small to large projects from commercial to residential. It was in the past few years that Helmandollar's Remodeling & Contracting has begun to really focus on residential remodeling services including specializing in kitchen and bathroom remodels, renovations of prebuilt casitas, and large scale home additions and remodels.
